  1. The running tracks on all the Carnival ships are open to anyone at any time, unless there are very high winds. Some times they close portions of the higher decks if there are very high winds. However, that doesn't happen too often.

In any event, there are no age restrictions.

  2. On the Sensation they said that you should be atleast 14, but they didn't monitor it. anybody and everybody was up there

the only reason they give this age is because it was always sooo windy up there like you could almost get blown away if you were light enough

  3. Nope, I was just on a cruise at the end of March and anyone can use it. I would recommend using it in the morning because it isn't as hot then. Also keep in mind that since you are sailing it gets pretty windy. Have lots of fun though!!

  4. I used to work for carnival. The answer is no.  There is no age limit to use the track.  However it does get windy on days out at sea so if the person if very young they do recommend they be with an adult.  You do have to be 16 to use the gym and the Spa, but if you are willing to pay for a spa treatment they will not turn anyone down for being under 16.

  5. I don't know the age for that. It could be something like 13 or 14. Go to carnival.com to find this sort of thing out.

  6. As I recall, the jogging track located on Deck 11, on the Sports Deck and it is open w/o any restrictions.

However, you have to be 18 to use the gym and spa or 16 with parental supervision.
