Carpal tunnel syndrom relief?

Question

What is the cheapest and easiest way to get relief from this problem? I have a brace thing that i wear, but its so adjustable that im not even sure if im wearing it correctly and it doesnt help much.

go to your doctor! If you don't wear it right you can get even more severe problems with your hand go to the doctor and ask what to do what to wear and all those things.

There are several different types of braces.  I've found the ones that work best have a metal or plastic bar in them that support your wrist very nicely.  Usually these can be switched between either hand depending on which one's worse and are made by Ace.  I suffer from carpal tunnal but can't afford the surgery.  It's only a matter of time before you have to though if you want the use of your wrists in the future.  I take ibuprofen for now as well.  Best of luck.  I have it in both wrists.  My job requires typing and I'm not about to stop now.
