  1. wood flooring, it's what people go for most at the moment and they can dress it with rugs if wanted.

  2. If you Have an animal DO NOT USE CARPET trust me and i think tile would look the best but wood is Cheaper but it looks cheaper Lol :P But hope all goes well

  3. Go with wood flooring.  People who are looking to buy look for wood floors.  If you tile, use REAL tile.

  4. i like wood flooring. for the bathrooms and kitchen i would do nice tiling

  5. Wood flooring for me.  It's easier to maintain than carpet and tile.  Tiles can crack if something drops on them and I hate vaccuuming.

  6. I suppose with wood flooring there is less upkeep, but I think carpet is cheaper. Regardless, I think you should go with which is financially better budget-wise for you.

  7. I agree with everyone   wood is the way to go

with carpet some people like myself have allergies so not good

    tile is for bathrooms only..

  8. Well if you rent out your house I would recommend tile because its the most durable of all three. You wont have to worry about replacing or cleaning the carpet for the renters and with wood if its not maintained properly it get easily damaged ( water damage which causes it to swell, scratches).

Now if you plan to sell than I recommend carpet in the rooms, tile in kitchen and baths and wood can go every where else.
