Carphone Warehouse contract phone damaged.?

Question

I own a phone which I bought from the Carphone Warehouse in july 2007, and was based on an 18 month contract with 02.

Unfortunatly, with less than 3 months left my phone won't respond and now seems dead.

Will carphone warehouse be able replace my old phone with a new one or a refurbished model even if I show them my phone?

I don't want to continue paying for a contract with a sim that doesn't have a phone.

Yes, The Carphone Warehouse Will Send The Fone Away To A Bigger Industry And Will Try To Get It Fixed, If They Cannot Do So, They Will Replace You With A New Refurbished one :) x

My phone was in the same situation and i think they told me that they will only send them off for repair or replace them if they are within 12 months of when you bought the contract from them.  They might charge you with less than 3 months left.

Hi I think the same as your last answer its only til the first 12 month, but I know with one of my phones I had to get insurance on it or it wasnt coverd for anything
