Carragher believes http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809, Sebastian Coates will have a bright future

Liverpool’s star defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Uruguay-c3035 international Sebastian Coates will have a bright future at Anfield. The whole month of August was spent in his trade rumors. Eventually the 20-year-old was given permission for a medical test at
the Melwood training ground on 26th of August.

After that it was just a matter of time before Coates put his pen to paper. He was seen seated at Liverpool’s match against Bolton Wanderers a match where his national team mate Luis Suarez was hailed as man of the hour. Later on 30th August Liverpool announced
that the move had been completed from Nacional after Coates was given a work permit.
The former English international, Carragher told media that the young star has caused a lot of interest in the market. Carragher admitted that personally he had been unable to see a lot of performances by the centre back but if what analysts say about his
is true then he can’t wait to see him perform at Anfield. The vice-captain of Liverpool commented:
“I haven't seen a lot of him - little bits of highlights from the Copa http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 man admitted. For Uruguay to win it was a great achievement with the other nations who were in it, and I think he got Young Player of the Tournament. That
shows he's got great quality and I think it's going to be a great addition to the squad.”

He continued, “You can't think of yourself, you have to think of the club. One centre-back went so we needed another. Time will tell how good the lad is but his pedigree looks fantastic. Also, it doesn't look too big a price when you look at some of the prices
for defenders now.”

The 33-year-old veteran, Carragher hoped he could pass on his experience to Coates, he also said that he would be eager to pick up new tricks from the young Uruguayan.
Carragher mused, “He's probably been brought up playing a different type of football than I have, a South American style - so maybe I can learn from him as well. It's not always about the older players helping the younger - it can work vice versa. You're
always learning from different people.”

Coates is expected to debut after the international break in a fixture against Stoke City on 10th September.
