Carribeans Saint Lucia - stuff to do?

Question

I will be spending my day here in Saint Lucia. Are there any fun things to do? Are there any caves I can explore and find turtles? How can I get the best view of the Pitons by land? How are the Sulphur springs?

Sulphur Springs not a big deal. If you've got stamina hike the pitons. Don't know about caves, hiked an old banana plantation down beach from anse chastenet which was alright. Some folks like the Hummingbird in Soufriere. Try the cassava bread and for snorkeling there is a nice small reef just off beach at anse chastenet
