Question:

Carrier 38TXA030 not working

We have a Carrier 38TXA030 two zone central system. A few days ago after a power outage one of the zones failed to restart. Power to the thermostat is out but all breakers are on, both on the main panel and on the outside power switch. The other zone is working fine. Any ideas?
