Liverpool beat Blackburn Rovers 3-2 in a Premier League match at Ewood Park on Tuesday, after striker Andy Carroll grabbed a stoppage time winner for the Reds.
Maxi Rodriguez struck two goals for the visiting side in the first half to put them in control. However a brace from the Rovers ace, Yakubu levelled things up for Blackburn. Carroll then went on to grab the winner in stoppage time to earn three points for
his troubled team.

With 61 minutes on the clock, a goalkeeping error from Jones handed the Rovers another penalty kick, and there was no error from Yakubu this time, as he calmly slotted the ball past the Australian goalkeeper, from the spot kick.
However, in the second minute of the four minutes added on, Carroll nodded in a winner for the Reds to make up for their disappointment of relinquishing a two goal lead, as the goal ended Liverpool’s four match winless run in the league.
