i know that i will never be able to get my old vision back again as i took it for granted but surely there are some eye exercises or methods to stop it worsening. i've read a lot of recounts from people whos eyesight have improved back to 20/20.

  1. There is one thing that may give your eyes a break.  Speak to your doctor about it.

It is to go without your glasses while reading or doing close work.

You may expect your prescription to change until you are in your mid twenties.

There is no method of making your uncorrected vision go to 20/20.

There are some things you can do, however.

How is your vision with glasses?

  2. Well, most of the professional people in the world will tell you that this is quackery. Your myopia is from your heredity. When you grow, your whole body grows and this will change how light is precessed in your eye's visual system. Your eyes will get worse. Some people find that orthokeratology keeps it from progressing much at your age. This is kind of controversial in some circles as well, but it FDA approved and costs about $1500 and about 6 months to a year to get going well. Talk to your eye doctor about it and see what they say.
