  1. Haha, good movie! The key ingredient is vitamin A. As you age your eyesight stabilizes but in the later years slowly gets worse.

    I would say helps preserve it.


  2. Myth.  WW2 propaganda myth!

    Vitamin A deficiency will cause night-blindness but inverting that and going for high dosages (and carrots aren't the best source anyway) doesn't produce marvellous vision:

    not at night, or generally, or in terms of a reduced Rx.

  3. i heard they can but thats myth.

    My mom is a eye docter and said it is possible for a tiny increase for better vision but thats just a tiny increase. Not watching much tv at all and doing other stuff outside can actualy increase eyesight a tiny bit.
