Well for me, its a good idea if its not your first business. The start-up cost is quite high and so is the overhead. You need to have some "buffer" from your other investments before doing this. Why? Not much people would like to really buy food products from carts(if you're planning for it to be a food cart) because many stores do not allow you to bring food and drinks into them. If you're planning a non-food cart business there are also more risks involved. You will definitely need a product that attracts attention as you can only sell a few products.
