Wouldn't that be Bush term 4? Anyway, neither description holds water. McCain is clearly not even close to Bush and Carter had much more experience going in.

If that is what we had to choose- it would be hard as I do't like either but we have Mccain and Obama. Mccain is not a Bush man he rutinly critisied Bush's policies Obama on the other hand would be worse than carter.
