Cartilage Piercing?[Help]?

Does it hurt?

And what side should i get it done on left or right?

I Had that done, and yes it hurts.  Go to a very good pro. mine hit a nerve or something, and swelled up, I had to take it out.

Cartilage piercings hurt like crazy and they take forever to heal, they do however look awesome.  Side doesn't really matter, whichever one you want.  But make sure to take care of them cause if they get infected it'll hurt even worse.  I just got my nipples pierced......talk about pain!!!!!

I've never had it, but my mother was a cosmetologist and did a lot of peircings. She said cartilage piercings hurt worst of all. I also have had friends who hav had it done and they all (except one) said that it was the most painful peircing they ever had.)

No and whatever side you want it on.

It helps to pick the side you sleep on the least so that you'll be more comfortable while it's healing.

To tell you the truth, it doesn't hurt anymore than getting you ears normally pierced. I had it done when I was 12. Just make sure you clean it often and you shouldn't have any complications. I have mine on my left side. Choose the side you think it would look best on. Also the side opposite of what you sleep on. I love the way mine looks! Good Luck!!
