Cartoon cat Black, white and really fat?

Question

I've seen in before and I know there is a line of merchandise for it but I can't think of the type of cat or the name of the cat. Does anyone know? It's not sylvester or any disney character.

The only black and white cartoon cat i can think of is Felix the cat.

But hes not really fat so i may be wrong.
