Cartwheel HELP!?!?!?!?

ok iv been trying 2 do a cartwheel my entire life and just cant. its not like im overweight or anything. but i mean im the only 13 year old girl ik that cant do 1. i almost had it down 1 time but then my mom took me 2 the doctor cause my chest was hurtin (i hav heart problems so she got worried. turns out it was just mucsle pain...) so then the doctor said no more cartwheels 4 a while. its been a while and i want 2 try again. if any1 else has had this problem and fixed it please let me know! i want 2 do a cartwheel so bad!!!

Hey, don't worry so much i had the same problem (well except without the heart problems). one way I fixed my problem was to have a friend help you. I tried with a parent and i stressed them out to much. with a friend they will encourage you. another way is to have soft landing (because more than likely you will fall several times). cartwheels don't always happen at once. Practice on your own or with a friend. Its worth a try
