Casablanca,morocco???

my parents just baught a vacation home in casablanca. moroccoand im going 2 visit this comming fall and i want to know what kind of foods they eat and id like to know about the shopping. Ive heard that its alot like europe which i absolutaly love ive been to almost every country in europe so please help me while i figure my trip out and know what to bring :)

I lived in Morocco for about 6 months and I loved the shopping.  The souks have awesome crafts, clothes and shoes.  The food is great and always fresh.  I ate tons of vegetables and fresh fish, and lots of lamb and turkey.  Moroccans also LOVE tea with lots of sugar, couscous, bread and amazing cakes.
