Casablanca Fan Problem

Question

Hi All Our ceiling fan was running at a fast pace and all of a sudden we heard a disturbing sound - of spinning, colliding metal. Upon closer inspection, it appears that the ring-shaped apparatus the fins are attached to had detached from the motor.  This problem is mechanical and not electrical which leads me to believe I can fix it myself. Can anyone tell me how to reattach the fins/ring to the motor?  Are there any good web sites about ceiling fan repair? Thanks, Dave
