Casein being broken down by the enzyme trypsin?

hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the protein 'casein' is broken down by trypsin in the human body. Some information on the process would be helpful as well.

    But in this paper researchers used "limited" trypsin digestion. At longer incubation of casein in trypsin solution it will be cut to smaller pieces.
