What do you think she should be charged with?

From Fox 35 News Orlando

Sources close to the investigation said that preliminary results from a laboratory at the University of Tennessee show air samples taken from the trunk of the car Casey Anthony was driving provided by investigators show the presence of human decomposition. These results are prompting investigators to order further tests.

In addition there has been some type of immunity deal offered to Casey Anthony but she only has 24 hours to accept the deal and only if she provides concrete information that leads to the discovery of Caylee or her remains. The immunity deal is for a lesser charge than 1st degree murder.

  1. The funny thing is Jose Baez has stated several times that Casey and he have never asked for immunity so was the immunity deal offered by Orange cty?

Orange cty please please I pray do not mess this up with any faulty work make sure what you have collected is good and will stand at trial.Yes I say first degree.

What bothers me is the mom washed the pants that were taken from Casey's car that smelled like a dead body so she messed up evidence ...(hubby is ex homicide det.)she deserves to serve time for obstructing justice she went through the bedroom before police entered to look for things also....that was on channel 13 news pages out of orlando.

Keep her for life and the sooner the better.

  2. I live in Orlando and I heard a very interesting interview with the guy who bailed out Casey, Mr. Padilla, and he said that all along Casey has been claiming that the reason she didn't call the police to report the dissaperance of her daughter is because she was doing her own investigation about it.

Well, Mr. Padilla says that since Casey left jail she hasn't done a thing to find her daughter.

I now understand why this man decided to bail her out, it was to call her bluff.

I truly admire Mr. Padilla for what he did and how he has helped the police learn more about Casey's conniving and dysfunctional character.

A police officer interviewed afterwards said as much.

  3. Yes, that should be first degree murder.  If it was an accident, Casey would have called 911 or someone for help.  She appears to be too self-absorbed to care about anyone else ( a true sociopath) and shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets.  If someone else crosses her, she might do them in as well without a second thought.

  4. It just a big ole mess. I saw the news repot about the smell and the hair they found.Nope if she dont say nothing i think she should be charged with 1st degree.. But i havent heard wheter she has ever had a poly graph test.
