Cash Family, Round Stamp, black. Says Made by the Cash Family Erwin Tennessee & n ctr Hand Painted 1945. Fake?

This is a 6 1/2 in. buttermilk pitcher with blue violets.

eBay searches do not turn up any high-priced sales of Cash items, most are in the $10 to $20 range, so there seems to be little reason to counterfeit something like this. 1945 was the first year Cash produced pottery (they did so until 1988), and it made sense for some of their earliest stuff to have had the year put on.  I saw one piece dated 1945 that also had the words 'Clinchfield Artware Pottery'.   What you have seen is probably genuine, and probably not worth a whole lot.
