If i load some money into my credit card and do a cash with-drawl will the credit card company charge me any interest rates or other charges ?

how do you load money into a credit card? you can do that with a debit card, not a credit card

Use a debit card.  It's like writing a check. Your money gathers interest until withdrawn.

Credit card companies make money by charging you interest.
