  1. Buy one from any participating Bank and  put the error card into a  refund envelope .  After that Nets will refund your remaining amount or should I say credit the amount back to you


  2. You can get a refund (including the $2 deposit) via all DBS/POSB or OUB ATM. However, if the ATM could not process the refund due to the faulty, you can have a refund at any DBS or OUB branch.

  3. Your cashcard might have expired. You can check the expiry date via this website http://www.nets.com.sg/consumers/cashcar...

    Just enter the CAN number printed on the back of the cashcard to check. You can use the local banks' ATM (POSB, OCBC etc) to get your refund under --> More Services - Cashcard - Refund.
