Buy one from any participating Bank and  put the error card into a  refund envelope .  After that Nets will refund your remaining amount or should I say credit the amount back to you

You can get a refund (including the $2 deposit) via all DBS/POSB or OUB ATM. However, if the ATM could not process the refund due to the faulty, you can have a refund at any DBS or OUB branch.

Just enter the CAN number printed on the back of the cashcard to check. You can use the local banks' ATM (POSB, OCBC etc) to get your refund under --> More Services - Cashcard - Refund.
