Cash cards in France!?

I'm from Northern Ireland and i have a cirrus cash card, would it work in Paris? It's an ulster bank card.

  1. does it have a Visa or Mastercard logo,  if yes it would let you withdraw cash at any bank.


  2. Cirrus works on the same principle as maestro in allowing you to use your debit card abroad.
