Cash crate? real or fake?

um i got refered on here to a site called cash crate.com does it work is it a scam

I have an account on cashcrate that I created about a month ago. I have already gotten paid $25.17. What they do is that they mail out a check every 15th of a month. If you have atleast $10 by the 15th of a month, then they send a check to your address. I've tried many sites before and they turned out to be scams. However, this site is completely legit.
