  1. They can offer you whatever they think is appropriate to cause you to vacate the premises earlier than required.  If you balk and ask for considerably more, they will simply wait for the courts to evict you, and then you will get nothing.

  2. No $$$.(Just a kick in your a.s! )hahaha

  3. Someone here posted they received 15k, but 2k is much more common.

It will depend on the value of the property.

  4. "cash for keys" is a preventative measure offered to homeowners facing foreclosure, where the money comes in a check. This money is given with the understanding that the home won’t be stripped of valued items or damaged. In other words it gives evicted homeowners incentive to leave the house in good condition. So you cant demand the payment.

  5. There is no maximum amount, but it is typically a few hundred dollars.

  6. There is no legal limit.  I imagine they might pay $10,000 for someone to peacefully leave a $10Million house.  The highest i have heard in Arizona has been $1,500.  Most are $500.

  7. They do not offer you any money to move out. Once the home is sold at action you no longer have a legal right to the home. So it would only take a marshal to have you removed.
