Cash4gold dot com - not a scam?

i see many people posting negative replies regarding the cash4gold company - - i mailed in a whole bunch of gold to them - maybe a bit more gold than the average customer - but anyways i got a fair price - my gold varied in karats ( 10k - 14K - 18K - and 22k ) - i new the weight of my gold in penny weight which is the weight format cash4gold uses - they dont pay using gram weight - well anyways cash4gold did not give me the full market value of my gold - because - why would they - they are in it to make money - but i did get 81.72% of my golds current market value - if you have over 50oz they pay alot more - but its very rare for someone too have such a large amount of gold laying around - - - well - - i got my check for $6888.14 today - and i cant wait to spend it this weekend - - -

While it's not a scam, you can typically get a higher return bringing it in somewhere local.  They(cash4gold) have to lower their payment amounts since they advertise heavily and have higher costs.
