The two-year-old black b***h then finished next to best in a 480 metres race at Newcastle on 31st May, 2012 by being the first one to race over the five spots by which the winner, Lil Ba, led.
5th June saw, Cashen Sniper, getting back to winning ways, as she dominated the 480 metres track at Newcastle in front-running fashion. It took her 29.42 seconds to conclude the race, and win by a margin of five lengths.
The next two tries of the two-year-old went to waste, as both resulted in a fourth position.
On 23rd June, she monopolised the Grade HP Brian, Marc And Sarah Celebration Trophy at Newcastle over 480 metres. The six contestants closed in on the distance in a cluster initially, but the leaders started parting towards the wire, which made Cashen Sniper reach the wire in 29.38 seconds by a mere neck’s margin.
Joining the winner on the other end was, Fabulous Jade who clocked the track distance in 29.40 seconds.
Filling up the third slot was, Blackboy William.
The most recent outing had, Cashen Sniper, compromising with success by a gap of 2 ¾ lengths, and thus is in form to give a hard time to the rest competing.
