Cashews=============?

r their any bad things about cashews? my mom eats them like she breathes(ALOT) and i was jus wondering if thts bad

but i dont thnk they are bad, like they are nuts, so they have GOOD essential oils instead of bad.

its better ur mum eats them instead of chocolates and icecream!

any food in excess is not good. excessive salt may be another problem. eaten in moderation cashew is good.

They MUST be fattening or something, they are too perfect and yummy to be good for you too!!

They're one of the most fattening nuts, and have lots of natural oils in them (NOT the heart-healthy oils either).   It's alot better to eat dry-roasted almonds.....
