Is it safe?

I heard you can get a refund how does that work?

A cashier's check or a money order are guaranteed by the issuer.  You give the issuer money, and for a fee they will issue you the check or MO.  You can get a refund by bringing the original check or MO to the issuer along with the receipt. It is easy.

You can get a refund. Keep you receipt and stub. It is a waiting period on the money order. 60 days.
