Cashing out and receiving money from Pokerstars.?

Question

I am thinking of starting to play poker on Pokerstars and I live in the U.S. I know I should go get an all access visa card or whatever and use that but how does cashing out work? Is it not linked to your bank account or do they send you the money or how does that work? Just trying to find some things out before I start. Any info is greatly appreciated whether it be about cashing out or exactly how to get money onto pokerstars if you live in the United States.

Cashing out with checks works, depositing works with all access visa gift card, no problems.
