Too many of his prospects have been injured before they even make it to the bigs or aren't even signed. Does Cashman have a future with the Yankees or is this is?

  1. Yes cashman still has a job if the yankees decide to stick with him. Look what he did, he brought in a lefty in the pen and Nady who has helped out   a lot for what really? Not all that much. The prospects arent bad, they do get hurt a lot, but most of them are real solid players. Its just the yankees are a tough team for a minor league player to come up and do what is expected from this team, their is no room for an adjustment period. If you dont do well you are sent back down.

  2. I don't think he has done a bad job. He's just been unfortunate. I think people forget that GM's don't have a crystal ball, so they don't know if their prospects are going to get injured or not.
