In the second half, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lionel-Messi-c22296 won a free-kick right outside the box and was able to convert as Iker Casillas was left shock.
Even though Cristiano Ronaldo equalized later, Iker Casillas believes that conceding goals is something that he personally hates.
Lionel Messi is definitely Casillas’ worst nightmare as the Argentinean star has scored a lot of goals against the Spanish captain.
Two of those many goals were scored over the weekend and Casillas has openly admitted that he dislikes the fact that he has to concede a goal during a game.
The Spaniard also stated that he is his own worst critic.
The Spaniard said that he is too harsh on himself and even when the ball is slotted into the top corner by a goal-scorer, he always wonders that he could still reach it.
While speaking about the goals he concede and about his own critic, Iker Casillas said:
“I’m very critical of myself because I don’t like letting goals in. I’m pretty self-critical and it gives me a headache when I concede.”
“I know it’s part of the game and I need to accept it but it’s true that maybe I’m too harsh on myself. I always think I can do more even if it goes into the top corner.”
After the draw against Barcelona, Real Madrid are still eight points behind their arch-rivals.
