Casino Background Investagation

its taking a month and there still telling me there going over it

i have a petty theft charge cud this be why its taking so long?

the job is dishwasher

If this charge is only a misdemeanor, it may not keep you from getting the job.  However, if it is a felony, it could.  Background checks do take a while depending on how extensive it is.  If you put it on your application, they are usually honest about your chances of getting the job.  Just ask them if the charge bar you from employment.

They are full  of it I would just look somewhere else. But if you are going to apply in a casino tell them about your background.

it does take about a month for the background check.  did you not tell them about your charge?  they will probably refuse you the job if you weren't upfront about that.
