Does anyone know?

Statistically saying.

Or any stats that involve casinos.

And how many people actually win jackpots and such.

  1. An average size casino has about 6,500 thousand employee's. They are a high turn over industry as many staff join casinos to go travel for free (cruz ships etc)

A casino house edge ranges on each game. Single 0 Roulette has a house edge of 2.71%. This means if you bet $100, by rights you will only win $97.29. You can come out a winner but in the long run you must lose, This is because casino skim odds making it impossible to lose long term. If the true odds of an outcome are really 11 to 1 the casino will pay odd's of 9 to 1. They only way around this house edge is to cheat with a device manipulating odds to your favor or count cards in Blackjack. Big jackpots do go off from time to time but as I explained if the Jackpot is $1,000,000 they will collect  1,100,000 first before it goes off (statistically speaking)
