Casio G Shock instructions?

How do you change the time on a casio g shock watch. I have just been on long flight, changed time zones and want to change the main hands to the current time zone. I cant find the instructions and cant remember how to do it? Anybody got any ideas

why not look up the instructions on the internet.  Just type in Casio g shock watch, then you should be able to get the instruction.

This is what i done, when i could not find my mobile phone instructions, i needed to find out something, and this was how i done it.  That way you can either download them or keep them on your favourites, and then that way it is always to hand.
