Casio Oceanus Atomic Setting

Question

I purchased a very expensive "Oceanus (Casio) OCW-M700 solar-atomic watch. I cannot get it to set itself on the east coast of Florida (left it on my ROOF- the highest point around). I have followed all of the miserable manual's instructions to the letter (I'm very technically oriented), and have fooled with this for over three months. I am at wit's end. And, it seems impossible to set this watch manually like any cheap (NON $900.00) watch. I have THREE atomic alarm clock that all cost under US$20 that are all accurate to the second with one anohter without having to do a THING to them. HELP! The
