Casio exlim?

Question

This camera comes in an 8 megapixel mode and a 10 megapixel mode, i was wondering if anybody here knew if there were any other differances between the two cameras other than megapixel count

I think you me "exilim", right?  If so, here are the differences:

The EX-Z850 (8 MP)---was released in February 2006

lens:(3264×2448),

size:1/1.8" 38-114, f/2.8-5.1 (3×)  zoom

Battery:NP-40

battery size:89 × 58.5 × 23.7 mm,185g

The EX-Z1000 (10.1 MP)--release in April 2006

size:1/1.8" 38-114mm, f/2.8-5.4 (3×) zoom

Battery: NP-40

Battery size: 92 × 58.4 × 22.4mm, 185g  

Features: First true 10MP compact digital camera [7]

So basically, all that information is saying is that they are basically the same camera.  They just had to add some mexapixels so that people would buy them
