I have a Blauplunkt radio cassette in my car, and it spits the tapes out! Help as I can't stand only having the radio to listen to!

You load the tape in, it all lights up, but then it shoots it back out again =o(

Help! I cant afford to get a new one fitted!!

  1. Check these sites out...it is a good reference.

If your headlight dims with the bass notes, this might work.  If not an H.O. alternator will be needed, or else be prepared to pour a lot of $$$ for batteries.

This site explains the "BIG 3" upgrades.

  2. it looks like its knackered

save up for a cd player

  3. There's something stuck in the tape mechanism - probably a bit of tape label.  You need a small torch and a long pair of tweezers.  Prop open the tape door (something like an emery board or a lolly stick is ideal), look inside using the torch and pull out any bits of paper you can see.

  4. it is probably knackered.need to get new one.

  5. This is not any easy fix , the tape is shooting out because the motor is feeling a resistance associated with a cassette that has ended , why this is happening is at a guess ,there is something causing it to jam , you could try a squirt of WD40 into the player , this will lubricate it ,failing that remove it and open the player to visually check for obstructions

  6. it wants split and cleaned...tape rollers will be contaminated,...
