Casting Fusion Confrence?

I'm suppossed to have an audition for casting fusion tomorrow night and I was wondering if it's a scam or what. It was advertized on the radio so I think it's real but idk. If you have any information about casting fustion personaly please tell me. Thanks and no rude comments please

I don't know from experience but I can tell you who they are.

They are a talent agency that takes actors and actresses from different cities to see what kind of potential they have. When you go in, your not promised a career but you are given the chance at one. if you've got the cash, I say go for it.

Theatre doctor is sort of right in my opinion. It is not a scam. It is a great learning oppetunity. You should do it. I'm doing the same thing

This is the same kind of thing as ProScout and other talent showcase conferences or whatever. While they are not a scam, they are very expensive and should be attended only by the very very talented, who are very very well experienced and trained and who are very very photogenic. Many students who attend these things report that they have been scammed, because they felt they were promised entrees to careers which never happened. Do not attend if you are a beginner, this is for advanced talent.
