Castor bean plants my border, could they be wild?

I know neighbor had been growing them before. I seen new plants along property line. I'm concerned if they can grow wild in Arkansaw. There is wild turkery and deer crossing. Down stream is a horse ranch. I've read castor beans can kill a horse, I worry about the wild animals.
