Casual Resturants in Las Vegas for a 13th Birthday?

Hi, My son will be turning 13 in a few days. The thing is, we want to celebrate his birthday tomorrow. We kind of would like it at a place that is nice and delicious and not TOO expensive in price. It also wouldn't be on or near the strip. Preferibly in the Summerlin Area. Any Suggestions? I would appreciate it if people answered within 2 hours of the time of this post. Thanks.

  1. Try Buca Di Beppo! Family style Italian food that is pretty tasty, a ton of it and not very expensive. On Lake mead, just up from buffalo.

You could also try Kona Grill. Its the hot spot for all the 20 - 30 somethings but has good music, is exciting and not too expensive. It's in the Boca Park shopping center Charleston and Rampart.

Finally, there is always Claimjumper. Family restaurant with decent energy. Its across from the Boca Park shopping center at Charleston and Rampart.

If you want to upgrade, Roy's is always fun for hawaiian fusion, really good food and atmosphere. Just down from the Claimjumper, a bit more expensive though.

    Good eating!

  2. P.F. Chang's in Boca Park has pretty decent Chinese food and has a nice atmosphere. It gets pretty busy though so it might be a while until you get a table. If you guys are interested in sushi, there's a great place called Sushi Mon on Sahara and Tomsik (close to Cimmaron. Or if you wanna try Mediterranean food, there's Paymon's which is in the same area. But if you just want normal American food, Claim Jumper in Boca Park wouldn't be too bad either.

  3. The Rainforest Cafe

  4. Try the Village Pub, it's one of my grandpa's favorite places to eat. They have daily, and weekly specials, I love their steak myself. If that doesn't work, try Claim Jumpers, it's a bit out of the way, but it's great.

  5. Hi I'm a cabbie here in Vegas.  Sorry I'm a little late but if there is any time left for you then I would suggest The Cheese Cake Factory located on Charleston and Fort Apache.  They Will have Something for everyone and their cheese cakes are to die for.

    Good Luck

    The cabbie.

P.S. The atmosphere is great too.
