Today I noticed my cat sitting on the floor and her head would not stop shaking.I did not look like it was bothering my cat at all. What is happening? Do you know what this is? Well I hope someone does!

(She is 14 years old.If that may have to do with any of it)

  1. I do not know what it is, but you cat is reaching the life expectancy of cats (12-18 years), so you might want to get it checked out. Also, regular check ups for your cat at that age might do it some good!

    Hope i helped :)

  2. Shaking as if there was something in her ears? Maybe there is something in there.. have her checked by the Vet to be sure! GOOD LUCK

  3. It could be an infection in the ears, how much does it shake and how hard, you need to give a little more info does it shake all the time non stop?

  4. sometimes they shake their heads when their ears are bothering them, but if it appeared that she had no control over this then it sounds like it could be some sort of seizure.  many problems come with age.  consult your veterinarian as this could be a sign of a serious problem.
