It is a red tabby and white domestic shorthair. The best source for finding one is your local shelter. These links will show you pictures of the cats available at nearby shelters

Its a domestic shorthair.  I'd need to see the face and the side of the head to tell if its a British or an American but they are so close they are practically the same kind of cat.
