Hi there... generally when a cat's personality changes significantly this can signal a medical problem that should be evaluated.  Consider at least ringing your veterinarian and perhaps they can ask you a series of questions to help you determine if your cat needs to come in to be evaluated and treated respectively or if it's behavioural.

The one suggestion given in your answer may be helpful to consider as well.  Multiple toys in various locations to make it a game for her.  Using paper bags, cardboard boxes with toy mice, feathers, balls hidden in each.
