Cat labor question? Fun question actually....?

Now I should know the answer to this question, as I have worked with animals all my life, but I don't. Just thought it may be a fun one to put out there.

I have a pregnant kitty. She is HUGE. Not sure on her exact conception date, but I have a feeling she will give birth soon. She follows me meowing, is eating alot and just laying around. No discharge yet.

Anyways, my friend and I got on the topic of old remedys for making a human go into labor (going for a ride on a bumpy road, walking, etc.)

and we were wondering -

Are there any of these old wivestales that supposedly make a CAT go into labor?

PLEASE NOTE: I will not be doing anything strange to my cat. Labor is a natural thing and should be treated as such without interruption.

This is just a fun question that might be fun to debate.

Hehe.  Well the obvious one would to be finding the tom that knocked up your kitty and stick them in a room together.  ;-)  

Or, the cat could have something spicy to eat and top it off with some delicious castor oil.

Lastly, exercise can induce labour (supposedly)  so you could chase your cat all over your house until those kitten pop out.

you will know when she is in labor she is meow alot like she is hurt, and look for comfortable places to lay or give birth

The only nonsensical cat thing I've ever heard is the q-tip up the hoohah to bring them out of heat, but that doesn't work and is dangerous to boot.  Never heard of anything for cat labor.  I've heard some good human ones, like having s*x is supposed to bring on labor.  There's nothing as un-s**y feeling as being ready to pop lmao.

It is a fun question, but the answer is "no" because know one can make a cat do anything it doesn't want to do.
