ok im getting a bit cheesed off with constantly finding cat poo in my garden, i dont have a cat , so why should i put up with it? i have asked my neighbour politely to clean up after his cat [ive seen his cat do it], but he wont, says i cant proove its his cat and there are other cats in the neighbour hood. just wondering if anyone else has a cat and would you clean up after it if your neighbour complained, i mean if a dog continally jumped the fence and pooped, would it be the same, or if a kid jumped the fence and did it would it be ok, so why is it ok for cats? if i wanted

poo in my garden id go out and do the business myself! ! (",)
