My cat is usually very very calm but he saw this strange cat in our house and all of a sudden i brushed against him and he attacks my arm like crazy! (he has had all his shots im not worried about that) It isnt a big deal but i have cat scratches on my arm now. Not all of them cut through the skin but they are small bumps along where the cat scratched me like normal i wouldnt be worried except tomorrow is the first day of registration... grrreat! I dont want to wear a long sleeve shirt but the scratches are very noticeable. i can't get to a store anytime soon and the only bandaids we have are little neon yellow Yoda ones left over from when i was little. Does anyone have a solution to making them disappear or at least be less obvious? they dont hurt i just... they are all red and I am going ot be meeting all the new students and such and i just need your help! Will make up work? Should I try ice? warm water? help! and no, I do not have an allergy to cats.

  1. Ice

  2. I really don't think it's that big of a deal to show up at your first day of school with some cat scratches.  Seriously, you'll be fine.

  3. wear a bandanna the color of your favorite gang over the area that was scratched. or a nice tennis sweatband, or just go all- naturale and show everyone how bad *** you are. make up, especially concealer would work, but odds are you'll be close enough where everyone would notice it, and that would be even more awkward than the scratches themselves. why not wear a long sleeve button up with the sleeves rolled up, just enough to cover your scratches. stylish, and efficient. bokay!!

  4. if you have a cat, you need band aids, and anti biotic cream.

and dont bring strange cats over.

the cuts are infected, cats claws get into everything, put an anti biotic cream on them, or rubbing alcohol, or wash a few times.

or, just tell everyone you were attacked by a rabid wombat, or fought off a grizzly, or you got them during sword fighting class.

sometimes the best defense is a good offense.

  5. you could try using visine eye drops for the redness.

or if you aren't to freaked out by putting make up on it:  put some foundation on, a bit of concealer, then brush with powder.

my cat once scratched me on the inside of my upper arm and my college counselor thought i had cut myself!

  6. cover up would work

  7. Ice them, put some cover up on them, if they don't look better just wear a jacket or long sleeves - or don't worry about it - if it's not so bad you won't change your outfit, it's not so bad at all.

  8. Cold water might reduce the redness. I just tell people that my cat got me. Watch, everyone will want to see them and ask how you got them. You will be novel, enjoy it.....

  9. I think you'll be fine if you just tell people you were scratched by a cat. I mean, it's no big deal to have a few cuts here and there. You could try some neosporin and band-aids (this will help things heal faster) but you would have to out and buy those. If your arm is swollen, put ice on it to reduce the swelling. I'm sure you'll be find and no one will really care in the end.
