Question:

Cat scratches on my new hardwood floor?

I just laid down some new hardwood floor in my living room. Unfortunately, my cat is leaving scratches in it. I think the flooring is just stained (I bought it at Lumber Liquidators). What "top-coat" do I need on this flooring to prevent cat scratches in it?

  1. Any sealer would stop this problem . But first try to remove the scratches with one of the car scratch removers on the market.

  2. Have your cats nails checked they might be too long being a house cat they don't get ground down naturally.
