Cat vomits after being spayed

Question

My cat has been spayed 2 weeks ago and although she is doing great, she vomits at least once a day. She is not sick. She has a huge appetite, purrs, plays and is her old, loving self.

Just not sure what it can be? Its only after the surgery........

Your cat might need hair ball remedy. She probably licked the surgery scar too much and has a lot of hair in her digestive system.

My female cat, after her fixing:

got very very very fat

and started throwing up frequently from overeating

not to mention her newfound tendency to pee EVERYWHERE.

Of course, check with your vet just in case if it continues.

*Edit - she was spayed five years ago.  I still clean up puke anywhere from two or three times a day to once every two weeks, she's still fat, and she still pees when she's mad.
