  1. when you take out a catalogue you agree to their terms and conditions when you technically apply for credit. also it states on the back of your statement about late fees. i have been an agent and customer for littlewoods for past 12years or more

  2. think you should talk to the manager and explain it to him about the missing email. but you should think twice about these credit stuff because its better to pay full cash.

  3. How long ago did you start your catalogue? If its several years chances are there wont be a signed credit agreement cos littlewoods have only started making people sign them in recent years.

Ask them again for a signed copy of the agreement. If there isnt one, then the whole of the debt is unenforceable (mind you to prove this you have to wait til they take you to court and the judge may even then say that the fact that you have paid it deems you to have accepted the contract terms, and by this time it will show as a default on your credit history)

It is better to make your payment the same each month by direct debit, then you dont miss it. They always charge £12 for a missed or late payment.

  4. I would tell them if they don't rescind the charge you will take your custom elsewhere It worked for me with citibank
